Lord Karsten and Eryle were invited to a feast being held at nearby jarl Torkild’s great hall. Upon receiving the invitation, Karsten immediately insisted on providing several barrels of apple cider to serve as one of the beverages at the meal. The feast was a merry affair with plenty of excellent food, and the hall’s large fireplace gave a cheerful warmth quite welcome in the cold winter of Mitgardia.
