Challenge 3 of the Third Book of the Guilds of Historica is currently running, and Zilmrud has gotten the first entry in with this excellent scene. The unique dark bley/bley rockwork base looks great here, and I love the detail of the tree roots hanging off the edge. The walls being worked on are superb as well, with his use of a subtle plate and tile pattern for texture working perfectly. And don’t overlook the massive ballista mounted on top of the tower!
