Built for the 7th annual Expand the Winter Village Contest over on Eurobricks. All the doors open, there is a pop out ice block function, and a secret compartment under the house for hiding presents. The building itself was inspired by this model. It was quite an enjoyable build process, especially the wooden porch section.
The ice house is particularly busy in the winter months, as blocks of ice are cut and then put into the storage shack to await delivery via truck to customers’ homes.
Wow! Nice job! The truck is probably my favorite part 😀
btw, did a bunch of comments on this website get deleted?
Unfortunately, it does seem a bunch of comments were deleted. I think I did it on accident while trying to deal with a huge load of spam comments.
Awesome job John! Wierd to see something not castle from you guys, but, it looks great! The green roof was a great choice! Keep it up! 😀
Yeah, were a bunch of comments deleted? All but mine on the Nordheim build log were deleted… Do you guys know what happened?
Fantastic job John. Do you have the build instructions and a Bricklink parts list for sale? I would love to build this and add it to my Winter Village layout which is continually expanding.
Best Regards
Bob
I do not have the parts list and instructions, but I would be happy to make them for a price. If you’re interested, contact us by email at Isaac@brickbuilt.org.
