Part two in my series of prize builds for the collab category of this year’s Joust.
See part one.
Years went by, followed by increasingly spectacular discoveries. Foremost among them being that this new land was already inhabited by an unusual race called Dwelves. Strange new animals were also discovered, many of which proved friendly and useful in traversing the rugged and untouched terrain. Though the size of some tracks kept the group cautious about venturing out alone. Limited supplies, dense forests, and heavy mists made exploration a painstaking process, but the cartographers were determined to learn more about this unusual land. And as such obtained permission to establish a permanent settlement near the coast in return for detailed maps of the Dwelves’ villages and connecting paths.
