Built for the Vastlands Cross category of the 2017 LEGO speeder Bike Contest over on Flickr. I decided to go with a Rock Raiders theme for my bikes this year, which was great fun. We acquired several Rock Raiders figs and some dark turquoise parts at BFVA 2016, so it was good to put them to use.
The Rapid Rider is well equipped for it’s trek across the vastlands, with its chrome drills ready to decimate any obstacle in it’s path. In the unlikely event a repair is needed, there are survival supplies and tools in the satchel. It also comes with retractable landing gear for easy maintenance and landing.

Do you have any tips for making natural flowing rock work like that? The angles and curves seem to be integrated together seamlessly.
It mostly takes practice and patience, though we may make a tutorial on rockwork in this style.
